I am blown away by this machine. I sweat more in 20 minutes on my Total Gym than i did for a full hour on an elliptical at the gym or circuit training at the gym. This is efficient and fun! I can't wait to get back on every day

I didn’t expect it to be so addictive! I look forward to going home and getting on my Total Gym. Before I purchased my total gym, I lost 25 pounds from diet and cardio. However, since I’ve been using my total gym, I haven’t lost much weight but I’m losing inches like crazy. I subscribed to the total gym tv and use the digital videos to help me learn how to properly use my total gym and get the best results. I still have a ways to go before I post my results but they’re forthcoming!

My wife and I have had our Total Gym for about a month now. Both of us try to use it 3X a week. She's better at this then I am. Right now we're doing the Complete Beginners Workout. Both of us are noticing the differences the Total Gym is making. My pants fit much better now! Looking forward to adding more exercises to my routine.

I have only had my gym for about a month now. I use it 3 times a week and have only just began getting started. I just run the work-along training video and try to see what levels seem best for each exercise. I already feel stronger just from this light workout. I would recommend anyone get this machine and use it.

I have had this total gym for 1 year, I would recommend it for anyone who wants to get in shape. I will say that you have to use it more than 15 minutes to get in shape.i usually use it for an hour or so to maintain body weight
