This is a wonderful machine that let's you work your entire body. I also like how you get to start at the beginner level and work your way up to harder more advanced workouts. Buying a Total gym is worth every penny.

I bought the XLS a couple of months ago and enjoying it. I had the original Total Gym machine for year. This machine is very smooth running, comfortable, and can use a weight bar added to it. Love the items that came along with it.
