I like the variety of exercises and I like that the board slides instead of being stationary. Makes it more interesting and less boring. I’ve only had it for little over a month and I think between a healthy diet and regular exercise I will begin to see results. I also like how lightweight compared to other home gym equipment is and the fact that you can easily store it out of the way if needed.

I needed a low impact workout and after reading all of the other reviews decided to purchase one. There are only a handful of items that I am completely satisfied with after purchasing it. I am 100% satisfied and pleased. Exactly what I needed. I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and the gym fits perfectly. My kids enjoy it, too.
