I bought my total gym a month ago and love it. Two months ago I decided to get rid of my very old and cheap total gym and upgrade to the XLS. This has been a great choice and I can't believe how nice it is. I have been using my gym about 3 times a week and I already feel so much stronger. I spend around 15-20 minutes each time and that is all I really need. Nobody can go wrong with this piece of equipment.
