Overall a quality piece of equipment. One issue I have is the attachment method for the accesories, it can be very difficult to line the pins up with the holes in the frame, for what you pay, they could come up with a better idea

Using the Total gym to do squats is helping me rebuild leg strength ( I have MS). Next I will work on upper body which will take longer as I ihave little upper body strength.
I can work at my own pace and rest when necessary since I am in my own residence .
