I am totally impressed by my total gym xls. Easy to setup. Easy to attach my ab crunch etc. Use it three days a week. My oldest daughter uses it after I'm finished. No more driving to the gym. It is by far the best investment that i have made.

I have been using the Total Gym XLS for a little over eight years. I am now 72 years old and in as good of shape as when l was in my 40s and 50s. I use the gym 30 minutes a day, every day and my health is perfect according to my doctor and bloodwork. Thank you Total Gym. I love this product.

It's only been about 3 weeks. I haven't weighed myself, but my clothes fit better already. I'm able to target muscles that I never have before using free weights. I use this machine about 5 days a week for at least 30 - 45 minutes. I definanitely need to do 1 day upper body, 1 day lower body because I'm usually sore the day after. This is the best fitness purchase I have made EVER!!

If you’re ready to work out in the privacy of your own home, then Total Gym is for you. I have only been using the Total Gym for about 3 weeks now. I purchased this product for my 60th birthday. I absolutely love it! It works your entire body, and I can see and feel the results already. I have lower back problems and bursitis in both of my hips. I feel 75% better. I would highly recommend this product.
