I recently purchased this system and have committed to using it. I found that the system is easy to set up and easy to use. I haven't exercised in years! I get very little time to work out because I am a teacher, and a full time student. Add that I just turned 50 and my mid-section (actually all my sections) are a wreck. In just a few times of using the system, I can feel the difference. And I want to used it every day because it is fun! I can't wait to see the results I will get....

Bought ours less than a month ago and so glad we did. So easy to set up and better workouts than going to a regular gym. Just wish we would have bought the model with all the bells and whistles but at the time we didn't know anything about the total gym.
