Over our many years we have purchased several well known and sometimes expensive exercise machines for home use. They were bulky, difficult to assemble and provided limited benefit in regard to comprehensive exercise.

We are in our 70's. My wife and I were always active and ran marathon and ran 70 to 80 miles a week. The miles and years took it's toll. My wife developed Rheumatoid Arthritis. But, we still need to be active. We can run anymore. But, the Total Gym is great. We get a great workout and our muscle tone is coming back. We walk and exercise everyday. It's a great gym. It allows you to workout within you limits. Looking forward to continually getting stronger.

I have had my Total Gym XLS for over a year now and so happy I purchased this all-in-one workout equipment. Best thing I ever did as far as making it easy to work out consistently in my own home.
