I have been using the gym for only two weeks. I am an out of shape 49 year old male who finally decided to get in better shape. It shipped fast and came complete. Easy setup and start program. I am only using the startup workout right now but it kicks my butt. I have lost three pounds just using it 5 days a week for two weeks and feel really good each day. This tool and my new recumbent stationary bike now give me a good workout and as I get more advanced and use the other exercises who knows, my big gut may disappear! My husband and I have been looking for a machine we both would use and enjoy. This is it! I want to strengthen my upper body and core muscles because of a back injury and my husband wanted to do strength training and build muscle. I use it on the lower levels and do more reps and he uses it on the higher levels to build muscle. It arrived promptly and was easy to get set up. I do recommend that you sit down and review the video on how to set up and use the machine. Makes the learning curve a lot easier.
