We bought this as our Christmas present. I love that this is so easy to use and so Low Impact. My knees and hips wouldn't take a lot of impact and although I feel some sting in these old muscles, it's not hurting my joints.

The workout deck that's included is an excellent way to develop your own workout routine. Still have to hook up a TV in our workout area to utilize the DVD's that were included.
