I received the xls, a week ago. Watch the dvd, before you put it together. Im 66 yrs. old, 200 Ibs, if your in Halfway good shape, you should half, no Trouble, setting it up. The more, you work with it, the easier it gets. I findit, Fun to Use. Made in China, Seems Well-Made. If it Iasts a few yrs, I will be Happy.

I purchased this approximately 4 weeks ago. Over the years I have a number or pieces of fitness equipment. What impresses me the most with the total gym is the versatility of the machine, very easy to go from one exercise to the next. Another one of my favorite features are the videos. Exercises and routines are demonstrated and you can work along with the video. There is enough versatility (short intense workouts, longer more diverse workout) with the videos to help you achieve your personal fitness goals and keep you motivated. The only improvement that I could suggest would be the attachment of the wing accessory can be cumbersome at times and you need to make sure the pins are inserted correctly or they will bend

This is my 3rd total gym purchase in the last 18years. The total gyms just get better and better. this machine does everything, works every muscle its easy to use and the results are amazing. The videos and training deck only enhance the experience of owning a total gym. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is thinking about it.

I ordered my total gym a couple months ago and think it's awesome. It's fun, easy to use and the dvs's are great teaching tools. I feel so much stronger and my knees are no longer cracking. My orthopedic surgeon and chiropractor recommended this since I have back problems. I highly suggest this Total Gym!!!!
