I bought my total gym xls over a month ago and it's the best purchase I've ever made. It's easy to go from one exercise to the next which makes exercising fun. It's easy to store away and not big and bulky like most workout machines.

After over 29 years as an Infantry soldier, I'm no stranger to good, intense workouts. Total Gym gets me there as quickly as I want, and is so easy to configure and use. I just completed four weeks of workouts using only the Beginner level routine. I am absolutely SOLD that this was my BEST exercise equipment purchase to date. No more waiting for equipment at the gym, and no more time lost to/from the gym. I'm working out more often now simply because Total Gym is so convenient, and I'm in the comfort of my own home, I lost 6.5 pounds of "loose stuff" in the first three weeks doing the routine 4 times weekly. Already, when I get "in the zone", it's just a matter of increasing reps or increasing levels. I'm already talking up Total Gym with the people I know. Great system!

I purchased my total gym about a month ago. Great product! It is convenient, easy to store and easy to use. It comes with DVDs that will train you at any level you want. It is like having a personal trainer. So you have no excuse not to exercise/train. Quite a bargain. But you have to put in the time and work out....you know the saying, no pain no gain!
