This is a great product overall, but it was definitely NOT easy to assemble and the directions were very confusing. It was also much heavier than I expected and takes up a lot of space, so I wouldn't recommend it for someone living in a small city apartment.

I was told that our Total Gym would arrive in 10 business days. I was so surprised to have it arrive in just a few short days. I noticed that my shipping info said it weighed 100 pounds! That made me nervous since I felt I needed to use the machine for a month just to get it in my house!! haha I am a 65 year old female. Much to my delight the packaging was made so moving it was easy and easy to open. As promoted it was extremely easy to set up and I love the videos. I have just begun but I must say I love it and am the envy of several of my friends! So I will say I am delighted and say to all you older ladies out there--It's simple, easy, good for you!

So far after 3 weeks, I love it. I have lower neck and back problems and they seem to settle down when I work out on my Total Gym. Working out at a gym at my age is awkward and I feel so much better in the privacy of my own home...I love the videos sent with it...keeps me going! Thank you!
