Frame is very sturdy and it's mean to last.
Abs cruncher / leg support is really badly design and literally is hurting my ankles.

After much research I bought a Total Gym XLS last month and I am not disappointed in the investment. It's been fun and easy to use and best of all, I feel better already. I am still working with the starter program which was very easy to learn. I look forward to each session and the future possibilities are really endless on this machine. I wish I had bought it 10 years ago!
