i was so excited when it arrived i opened it at the botton of the long ramp to the house
DONT DO THAT. The video shows you how to take it out and speed up the whole thing. so it took me a little longer boo hoo
i'm 71 hubby is 74, and he has memory loss. guess what he doesn't forget to do
thats right, exercise! Every day he says i'm going to do my exercises and he does.
i've actually noticed a difference in his being able getting out of his chairs.
those leg exercises are working.
thankss total gym. its a great investment. don't need to leave the property
just go to the workout room. and when i told the nurse that checks his meds she said
they use the total gym in therapy wow did i pick right

This is a very solid, very sturdy piece of equipment. I found it easy to set up and easy to use. I've had some fun getting to know the many features. Discovering a custom workout experience for myself has been great.
