XLS with Abcrunch accessory:
Just finished week #8, 3-5 days per week, using the starter workout with ab crunches and oblique crunches thrown into the mix.
Absolutely love this. Smooth, quiet operation. Super easy to go from one exercise to the next. I started with about 60 lbs to lose. I am down 13 and am seeing new, noticeable differences nearly every day. But the best thing in my book is that my 10 yr old is doing the same workout with almost no equipment changes at all. Because you are using your weight for resistance, on most exercises we don't change incline between the two of us. And on the 1 or 2 that he has to drop the incline, he does it himself in no more than 5 seconds. He pitches for his baseball team. He and I both noticed a considerable difference in his speed at practice today, thanks to front pull overs and triceps extensions. Gonna be a great season. ---I have a dedicated room, so I can leave mine setup. I have no comments on stowing and setting up.
