I must admit, I was skeptical at first so I signed up for the 30 day trial. The whole thing is light and can be stored easily but it will give you a workout that will leave you thinking you lifted 100 pounds of iron!

I have only had my total gym xls for 1 week and yet in that time I can already feel a difference. I plan to follow the challenge routine next week to see if my results are as dramatic as those achieved by the participants.
