I bought this over a month ago and right away I started working out on the total Gym XLS. I will have to say after a weeks worth of working I had lose 6LBS! I was so excited of how well I am losing the weight I needed to lose. I am looking forward to reach my goal of weight by continuing using my Total Gym XLS.

We have been using this for about 1 month and already we both can see a difference in our bodies. Note: Hubby is 77 and I about to turn 73 next month. Easy to set up and very easy to get started with the workouts suggested. We both love the total Gym XLS. This is the longest we have stayed with a workout machine and intend to keep using it almost every day.

WE BOUGHT THIS 2 WEEKS AGO. SO EASY TO SET UP AND USE. ITS COMPACT. ITS IN THE LIVING ROOM RIGHT NOW IN FRONT OF THE TV TO WATCH SOME OF THE ACCOMPANYING VIDEOS WHILE USING THE EQUIPMENT. I brought my Total Gym XLS about a month ago. I had a little trouble understanding the directions to set up. It literally took my 13 year old to come to my rescue...lol! But on a serious note...I love this machine. I haven't used it fully as of yet but plan to get into the swing of things real soon. Thanks for making such a good quality piece of equipment.
