Great way to safely workout

I use total gym for strength workouts. I cannot run anymore because of knee issues and lower back problems.It gives great support and is very reliable.I got my wife and daughter using it also.I also like the idea that you can add weight for leg work. The payment plan is a huge plus.

I have not exercised for a couple of years. The Total Gym helps you lose weight, gain flexibility, improve strength and improve overall health all with an easy half hour routine. It really couldn't be any easier.

i come home after work and work out before I do anything else. It's easy on your joints and you can do a 30 minute work out and feel results and see results. My husband is using it also and really likes it and I never thought he would. It's an excellent piece of equipment.

I really love my total gym XLS it has so many different exercises and I really feel a difference. More abdominal exercises than a standard gym with all the machines.
It folds up nicely for storage and all the DVDs you get really help you get a complete workout for any level. Its also well made and sturdy. I was also lucky enough to get a free ab crunch attachment and curl bar. I highly recommend the total gym it rocks!
