Excellent Workout

I highly recommend this for anyone. Being a disabled Vet, there is no impact to any joint. Not even on the lower back doing the crunches.
Pros: Easy To Follow Workouts, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, No Impact On Joints, Quiet, 20-25 Min Workout, Sturdy, Strengthens
Cons: Bulky

This is everything I am looking for. The instructions are easy an concise. I can use this anytime. Right now, I am at a beginner stage and I can see that the gym will grow with me as I get into better shape. I love this product!

Love the total gym. It's a great workout device for strength,endurance, and total body fitness. If you are serious about getting in shape and looking good you need the Total Gym. Couple of features could be improved like spring loaded detent pins for the attachments and a place to hook your cable pulley when not in use. Minor inconveniences, but overall the machine does as advertised. Totally pleased with my purchase. Love it.

Cons: Hard To Set Up, Difficult Attachment

I have had a ski machine for years and still use it but both of us needed strength training in addition. The Total Gym XLS is a great product that gives us strenth training and doesn't take up a lot of room. It is very well designed & built. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I have very bad Plantar Fasciitis and haven't been able to exercise until The Total Gym XLS arrived at the house. I have used it everyday since taking it out of the box. The workouts are so easy and fast..there is never an excuse to not workout. XLS is the best piece of fitness equipment I have ever used!
