This has been great for me to work out on. I have a blown disc in my back and have to be careful when i do any kind of work outs this supports my back and makes it so much easier for me to be able to get a good work out in.
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable, Sturdy, Quiet, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage

Was easy to set up and the first day I used it I got a very good workout. It was fun to use and I really felt the workout the next day ... LOL Just like it promotes on TV you really wont be disappointed with this dynamic piece of equipment! I LOVE my Total Gym!

I love the ease of use and the results that I get from the Total Gym. I feel and look better now that I have started a regular exercise routine. The Total Gym makes that easy!

Been using for a week since purchased. Easy to set up. Space saver. Works out every muscle in my body. By far best home gym I have ever had. A pleasure to use. Can't wait to use the next day. Totally addicting. Everybody should have one. Lost 5 lbs in a week doing the beginner program can't wait to continue using on a daily basis. Thanks total gym!!!
