Just what I was looking for.

This machine is just what I was looking for. Low impact with good results. Easy transition from one exercise to the next. I use it to stay toned and flexible as I get older staying flexible is important to me. And this machine fits the bill.

Bought this because it was most economical way to fitness for both myself and my wife. We are senior citizens and the Total Gym XLS is the perfect workout for us.

I'm enjoying the DVD's with the professional trainers who are giving you motivation, instructions, easy to set up equipment. I want to continue working out even when the DVD has ended. Great invention. Thank You! Should've had this in my home a long time ago.
