Amazingly effective

I have had free weights, bowflex, and now Total Gym. WISH I HAD TRIED THIS SOONER.
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy, Strengthens, Quiet, Easy To Use, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up

My total gym is awesome

I really like the videos that came with the total gym they are very helpful!! I started out with the 6 t0 8 minute workout for about the first two weeks and have progressed to the advanced video. This piece of equipment gives you a great workout and is easy to store. I would say that with this machine and the Advocare diet that I'm on I have lost about 12 pounds in a month. I feel stronger and have lots more energy!! I would highly reccomend the total gym.

SO Easy to Use

I am so glad I bought a Total Gym. I have seen them for years on TV and finally decided to get one and have zero regrets. I have had several sporting injuries and surgeries over the last few years and the Total Gym quickly helped me strengthen areas I had a very hard time doing on it's own. I even make the incline steep and just do squats watching TV. I see results of more strength, tone, coordination, and precision in my body. The ONLY issue is it is a bit tough to fold up and put away. Right now it is in the middle of my livingroom and I will need to figure out how to better store and locate it. I have a smaller treadmill I already am able to fold up, so my ONLY thing is it is bigger than expected but I am 100% satisfied. They also give you a ton of DVD's and things to make it fun and adjust to your level of fitness.
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Quiet, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky

Life's new chapter

No driving to or sharing equipment at the local gym. The supplied DVD's are a useful plus making your workout organized and fun.I find total gym great for conditioning and stretching, but power lifters understand the resistance levels are not there.

Great addition to Home Equipment

Working out at home is my only option due to time limitations and the Total Gym is so easy to learn. I started by using the Total Gym as a circuit in my home gym. Somedays I use it as a warm up to the Elyptical and somedays I do the intense workouts from the DVD's. I am learning more routines daily. I loved the get started routines, which helped me get over my initial intimidaton.

We use the total gym in conjunction with p90x. Can adapt most exercises from the program and it increases the benefits from p90x. Really enjoy the gym

Lots of fun

I am older man and it is low impact on my joints. It really is fun to do and look forward to my home work outs. Wish I had started a long time ago. Once you try it out you will also. Thanks Total Gym

Since having I work out 4 to 5 times a week. And I am 50 it is great I have lost 20 pounds and is so easy and fun to use the total gym.
