Ability to Exercise

Before I got the Total Gym, it was impossible for me to exercise. I have osteoarthritis which limits my ability to move. I am now able to exercise because I can adjust the level of complication. I can also choose exercises I can do. Thank you for the Total Gym.

I love the concept of it just maybe one thing they could perfect..maybe add a bar to put weight plates on for more resistance for building muscle. I'd really like to see that cuz that would really be a totally gym.

I use the Total Gym almost everyday. It is easy to use. I like the prepared workout programs that came with the gym. It has allowed me to build up my routine. It gives me a full workout in a short period of time, which is great for my busy schedule.

I'm buy it for my daughter she uses it three to four times a week she have loses almost 30 pounds since she had the total gym and at first she was not eating right and she still was losing weight and just last month a long she lose 7 pounds she really love her total gym and now my grandson love it too he like does it before he goes to school in the morning he is only 14

The total body work out

Very easy and quick work out. Five minutes every day right before my shower. So quite doesn't wake up my eight month old son in the room next to me. Done my work out and show before I could even drive my old gym. Lost 5% of my total body wait in three weeks. And I'm in good shape. I am not a work out type of guy but I like to be fit. And this product is the best for me.
