I'm down 19 lbs

I bought this for my daughter who has a leg muscle problem. She works 10-12 hour days so she needed something she could use at home. She says "it works" and it has helped strengthen her leg. Plus she has lost 19 pounds since mid-August using this machine.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Strengthens, It works, Comfortable

Love the Total Gym, works every part of the body. The only change I would like to see is an easier way of attaching the wing attachment. It can be hard to line up the holes and if you are following a video you can fall behind.

I love my Total Gym! While watching my parents age over the last 10 years, I realize the majority of their health issue were not skeletal but muscular. As I age, I know after age 35 I lose 1/2 of muscle mass ever year. Using the Total Gym, I can not only prevent muscle loss but increase muscle strength. I want to be as vital as I possible can. The Total Gym will help me meet my goals.

I have improved in several areas. They include strength, stamina and flexibility. I have lost 29.6 lbs. My cardiologist will be amazed and delighted. At my last visit I weighted 194.8 lbs.,(5'5") I now weight 165.2. Over the next several months, I will gradually lose another 6 or 7 lbs. and stabilize. I haven't seen the 150+ lbs. since I was in High School some 50 years ago. Great, great product with excellent videos.

I use the Total Gym twice a week and am totally amazed at how much it has toned my body from head to toe. I feel so much stronger and have to say that I absolutely love this product....well worth the money!!

my buddies at work has a little bet going on to have a six pack abdomen till new year, total gym not only giving me six pack, it gives me more energy after work. see I'm a nurse at an ICU unit, sometimes patient will have a cardiac arrest, I need to give a very effective chest compression. with regular total gym work out, it gave me the extra energy to save a life or two every time I need it, so thanks total gym, even if I don't win the bet, I know I win by saving lives at work. your the best. Oh yeah I do my work out even after a 12 hours night shift duty.
