Why did I wait so long

I kept putting off purchasing the total gym and now that I have it, I use the total gym four days a week as suggested in the video. I do cardio on the other days.
Pros: Quiet, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Comfortable

I have it set up in front of the TV so I can work out instead of sitting on the couch during my favorit shows. It's user friendly, non-intimidating and I can easily work out by myself. Also, fun to work with a partner, but not required. So, there really isn't a good excuse not to use it regularily. It's all right there, the complete package in the comfort of your own home.

As an ex-body builder, I have to say that this system was easy to set up, and break down if I need to use the room, it takes seconds!! I work from home and the Total Gym XLS is perfection for me. I started easy peasy and am moving up to serious training soon. Today I ordered the cyclo trainer. I can't wait to get the cardio from that! Thanks guys, love love love it!!!

I look forward to working out on a regular basis now. I don't have to go anywhere so it is very convenient to workout when I can. No excuses. I noticed the results within a week. I am more toned, stronger, and I have lost some weight and inches. The total gym is easy to use and the exercises are fun to do. This purchase was money well spent!

Good Deal Great Results

I bought this product to strengthen my neck, shoulders & back. As i've gotten older i've found myself injuring my neck & back every time I lifted something. I didn't want to go to a gym but I knew I needed to do something about my injuries. I was offered a good deal on the Total Gym so I went for it. I've owned the Total Gym for 2 months now and I can tell the difference in my upper body strength. I love the Total Gym and will be working out on it 5 days a week all winter long. Not only is it showing results it's fun to use and I look forward every morning to the 20 minute work out.
