Doing great for as big as I am

After getting it finally set up, I can exercise for an hour, and not really feel like I am winded, or uncomfortable. I see and feel the results in my abs, all over really.
Pros: Strengthens, Sturdy
Cons: Hard To Set Up Not Like, On The Tv Show Dvd, Hard To Set Up

Helps! Even after surgery!

I originally bought this gym of my husband because it is hard to get out of the house as a military man, working wife and 2 kids. I had a baby about 6 weeks ago via c-section and my doctor gave me the go ahead to work out about a week ago. I noticed a difference in how I feel after the first time using it. Yes it was a challenge because I had surgery but, I definitely felt my muscles working to get back to the way they used to be. Having a c-section cuts through all of your stomach muscles. This machine makes it easy to work out with its resistance training and Pilates style work outs. Another plus is that it is hard to get out of the house with our schedules. Especially with my husband being gone right now. This machine makes my life a lot easier. I would definitely recommend it. And the monthly installments are convenient. The customer service I receive is excellent.
Pros: Easy To Use Convenient
Cons: Too Heavy To Fold Away

I use the Total Gym six days a week and I actually look forward to working out now. It just seems so effortless and the results are really quick and very noticeable. I have had so many compliments already, asking me what I'm doing to lose weight and look great. I've already lost 4 inches and I've only just used it for 2 months. I cannot wait to see my progress/results by spring. This is the best I've felt in years. Truly a wonderful workout and a great machine. I've recommended it to so many people already. I just wish my husband and I would have purchased this machine much sooner.

I am glad I bought the Total Gym. I am busy with work, kids and their sports. the Total Gym allows me time to workout with trying to find time to go to the gym. I feel the same burn as I do with lifting weights at the gym.

I'm 62 retired and use it to get fit. I put on a few pounds after retiring to say the least. I started eating better and that helped but needed something else. I saw Chuck on the TV and it looked like the thing for me. So I ordered one, and it is working great. Just added the bike option and now I can really report it is great. I have lost over 50 pounds and still losing even faster with the cycle. Just DO IT!

I use it every other day using the video that came with it. I supplement it by an aerobic workout, treadmill run (2 miles)after using it and 3-4 mile run on days not using it. It help me lose weight and manage my weight. I have high cholesterol and blood pressure, I cannot wait 3 months from now to check my cholesterol level.I love this product. I can workout at home anytime I want.

Easy to set up and use

I am a woman over 65 and have been losing weight to be more healthy. I needed to increase my muscle mass to help me strengthen my muscles, tone my body and help me continue on my weight loss efforts. I find that working on the Total Gym is easy. The various workouts enable me to choose what I want to work on. However I really enjoy the Workout DVD's which are excellent. I have always had heavy legs and thighs. If find that I have been losing some of that weight and I actually have some definition in my legs now. It also helps with balance and endurance. I enjoy using my Total Gym and am looking forward to achieving my fitness and weight goals. I am now wearing size 10 which I attribute to the Total Gym.
