I use total gym at least 4 days per week. I work in a home office. I don't have to get dressed and go to the gym. I use the DVD's and when I'm in a hurry use the 6-8 min. workouts. I'm 60 yrs old and have lost 12 lbs since using Total Gym. Going to the gym to me is work. My Total Gym is Fun!
Pros: Easy To Use, Easy Storage, Comfortable, Strengthens, Sturdy, Quiet, Easy To Set Up
Cons: I Have't Any Con's, No cons

I love my Total Gym and can't honestly remember life without it. I stand on me feet for work and work in a restaurant so my feet were always achy and tired. After using the total gym for 6 weeks I have a spring in my step again, I've gone down a pant size and started running again for the first time in 5 years. I feel like I'm going to prove that age is nothing but a number, I feel 22 again. My mother even comes over three times a week to use it at my house and she's in her 60's!
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Sturdy

I was using this gym until I hurt my knee at work, I am having surgey real soon,and will return to agreat workout once I am able to resume!

I recently hurt my knee and also my elbow it has strengthened both areas more than i even hoped for.

I was a competitive race walker for 42 years. Age 73 had double bypass heart surgery. Other complications and now have 25% of a working heart. Looked for something to get me back in shape without stressing my heart. My cardiologist said the old body is getting stronger and helping ease the the heart use. I am losing weight and my overall strength has improved back like a 60 year old. GOD BLESS YA'LL AND THANK YOU.

I use the product 3 days a week 1st thing in the morning - gets me going - I typically will work-out with one of the instructional videos, and i love that you can tailor your workout using the "workout" cards which enables you to switch up your routine and keep it exciting - I love this product as it's an over-all good work out for both strength and cardio - it's convenient to use and it beats going to the gym - I simply LOVE IT :)
