I really like my Total Gym XLS! I'm 49 and have been using the Total Gym XLS for about 3.5 months now. I do a Total Gym XLS Standard Workout (from the included brochure) on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Each session only takes between 15 - 20 minutes. Occasionally I do 2 sessions a day but usually only 1. I feel great and energized after each. The difference in my body is really phenomenal given the little amount of time invested. I am in the best physical condition ever in my life and have only used the one standard exercise program so far -- there are so many more to choose from but I am already very satisfied with the results. We use it everyday it is great for using with the tv on it doesn't make much noise. It is great for maintaining weight control if you don't have access to get to the gym all the time. Easy set up and storage for a quick work out with limited space. The only problem we had was on the first set up DO NOT PICK IT UP BY THE SEAT! the unit frame will fall out of the seat guides and can fall on your feet.

GREAT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT

I use this product about 45min a day 3 - 4 times a week. It's very quick, convenient, and makes the hassle of finding time for the gym a thing of the past. Some of the issues that I wish can be modified would be the grips, there should be some kind of swivel which would allow the handles to rotate smoothly thru the various workouts.

I love my tg I'm trying to get back into exercising regularly it gives me a great work out u can do just about anything on it

I Love this machine!!

A few years ago I sold my old one reluctantly. And have missed it ever since. So I finally bought this new one and will never get rid of it not matter what and I will turn 57 tomorrow. I am getting back into shape and I feel so much better. I use it every other day and I walk over a mile the off days.

We got the Total Gym XLS for the whole family. Our 11 year old son is using it and we dont have to worry about injuries, there is no heavy weight to get injured. Everyone is using their own weight, it is easily adjustable if it becomes easy to perform the exercises. There are so many good DVDs that came with the Total Gym, there is something for everyone. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

I use the TotalGym everyday. It's the best exercise machine I have ever invested in. I was so pleased that the price has gone down and I could afford one. I have been looking at this machine for years now. Thanks TotalGym for making it affordable with the monthly payments.
