Finally wore out!

I totally wore out the bearings on a total gym that I've used for over 20 years. obviously I was hooked on the machine so immediately went online to replace it. The new XLS is "Incredible"; there is no other word to describe it. I'm a 67 year old male and the daily use of this machine has kept me limber and agile for many years and I look forward to another 20 years of use.

It's like having a gym in your own home. You can work out at any time you choose and for how long you want. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their overall health, strength and endurance. A great product.

I love this, but it really is difficult to fold away for storage so I had to devote a whole room just for the Total Gym. I have carpeted floors making it hard to move and without wheels when folded, it made it difficult to move. It is just better to leave it setup and ready to go. I love how quiet and easy this is to use. I have a lot of folks "dropping by" to try it for themselves.

A Great Piece Of Equipment!

I had been a "no workout" person but I now use my Total Gym as often as possible. I use it mainly for my back - in order to stretch it out (arthritis & scoliosis)and to stay limber. I am able to do sit ups, which I could never do before. I love having the videos to show me what to do. Thank you, Total Gym.
