Awesome Workout - Highly Recommended!!!

I have an entire gym in my basement. Since purchasing the Total Gym XLS; I am now going to sell everything except for the Total Gym. I get an amazing workout using Todd Durkin's DVDs and my muscles are stretched at the same time.

The Total Gym is an awesome toning workout to do at home whenever you like! My kids can use it with me and train in their off seasons from their sports and they love it too! Great to do with a partner and take turns. Great for abs and legs as well!
