I try to use my Total Gym a minimum of three times a week. I am trying to lose weight and tone my very out of shape body. This machine is great for all levels of fitness. The DVD's that come with the Total Gym are why I want to work out three times a week. Once I have gone through the DVD's, I will start using the cards to mix up my work outs. I found the Total Gym a little awkward to setup.The work out is really easy ,just follow the tapes and you're on your way.

This is a great piece of equipment. Once I learned how to use it, it became so much fun. I like the fact that I both my husband and I can use it even though we're at different fitness levels.
