Purchased about 1 month ago after too many years of too little exercise. I am 61, and the XLS allows me to stretch and get back to weight bearing and aerobic exercise without overdoing it. I don't have to worry about doing the exercises wrong either, because of the design of the machine and all of the helps.

All my life I have been trying to shape my body and no success. I am really happy with Total Gym. My friends and Co workers always talked about Total Gym.
I place my order just to try. Wow!!!!! in less than 2 weeks my waist is changing I have my dream waist curve I am still working out 3 times a week and only 25 minutes. Soon I will post my pictures (after and before) to motivate a some women like me 52 years old. I am so glad what I did it"Just to try" my husband is happy too. He told me " You place the order just to try? I want to keep it!." We are extremely happy and he is getting his muscles back! Thank you Total Gym :)

At 83, or whatever age. there is no need to sign up for a gym. Get on the Total Gym instead of your recliner and work out at your own pace while watching TV or listening to your favorite music.You will love the tune up you give your old body.

My wife and I purchased this as a healthy gift to each other -- she just turned 63 and I'll be 69 in a few weeks. As a retired military officer, I thought the XLS would be pretty easy and I would still need to purchase extra weights. Was I wrong! At the higher inclines, I can barely pull up my 195lb frame. And if you keep up with the excellent videos, the program offers a fantastic aerobic exercise work out.

I am actually disappointed. I am going to keep and pay for the machine, but it isn't as great as I thought it would be. Every exercise that is done on here can easily be done without this machine... It's not what I was hoping for.
