Pro: The product is great to get in a quick workout and you can quickly get your heartrate up to get in a cardio workout based on how hard you push it. It is easy to use and I love the videos and exercise cards that come with it. Con:It is a little heavy for me as a female to fold up and put away, so I ususally leave it set up and ready to go.

I use the Total Gym 4 times a week. Especially love the upper body workouts. Some of my friends are finding reasons to stop by, just so they can workout. That's okay. I don't mind sharing my Total Gym!

This is my SECOND Total Gym XLS! I just got married & found myself commuting between 2 homes. I couldn't get my workouts in as often as I liked so I purchased a second unit for my husbands home. I plan to get my new family engaged in the Total Gym as well.

It arrived quicker than expected. I was a little confused when setting up, because the directions were a bit hard to understand. Once I went on-line and saw a video on YouTube, I was able to set up within a few minutes. Maybe I am a more visual person for directions.
