its an investment in your health

I use it 3 to 4 times a week. I love it. I told myself that this was the last piece of exercise equipment I was going to buy and it is. It has saved my health and my career.

Very professional group that markets their product well. Pro. I would only suggest a velcro band to wrap around the TG in place when putting it away in a closet. The Velcro band would help secure the TG when taking it out of the closet for set up. Currenlly, it can be bulky to move around and to set up w/out a velcro band to keep the TG in place when setting up or breaking it down for storage. Minor detail. LB

Wouldn't live without the Total Gym

My wife and I were avid gym goers. Now that life has changed with a newborn, we wanted to get back some time in our day to spend with out little one. I was amazed at how great the Total Gym works. We love it definitely more than the gym. The DVDs are unreal and really push us every day. We wouldn't live without!

Used this to recoup from openheart surgery in 1987 and has lasted for over15 yrs. Just upgraded to XLS because I could, great product.

I'm living in a condo.I work out early in the morning before I go to work. It is extremely quiet and smooth.It is actually pretty fun to use.The only con I can think of is it is a little longer than I expected, but I am so glad we bought the Total Gym.

The very best thing about my Total Gym is I don't have to dress to go to the gym! I just walk into my next room and it's ready to go! So easy to use - So many exercises to perform! I love it!
