Started on the product as soon as I got it. We have five people in the house and every one has or will be using it. It is helping more than I can explain. It is a BEAST.

I tried the total gym for two months and loved it. I can tell if you stick to it you will see results. I didn't like how it was a little hard to move from room to room, it doesn't slide as easy as it does on the videos.

I really enjoy working out on this machine, but I do not find it that easy to move about due the poor rolling ability of the rubber caps on legs.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Quiet, Comfortable
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky

Fantastic Gym - Easy, and Fun!

The Total Gym is easy to use, comfortable, and fun. It is the first exercise equipment that I actually enjoy and look forward to use. The training DVDs that came with this product are very helpful and motivating. The only thing that would make this even better is some type of wheels to move across carpet when storing the Total Gym. But, definately not a deal-breaker. I will be using this machine for many, many years.
