Beginning a new challenge

Have started daily 20 minute beginners workout in the morning and this does not disturb my wife. Easy to follow along with the videos and to change attachments. The pins for the wing attachment can be bent pretty easily. Overall this is a great training apparatus for low impact workouts.
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Bulky, Pins That Bend

Both my husband and I use the Total Gym everyday. The flow from one exercise to the next allows a great cardio workout too. We don't have a negative thing to say about Total Gym!

I use my gym after work. It's easy, half hour, and i'm done. Even my seven year old son uses it. He works on his arms, and I do a whole body workout.

We love our Total Gym! It is exactly what we were looking for in a home gym. We use it daily for overall general fitness and weight loss. It is so easy to use, but will give you an outstanding workout. I'm am sure it would be easy to store if you needed to, but we leave ours set up since we use it daily. My husband and I could not be happier with our purchase!!!!

I bought this and 3 days later had to have surgery, so it was several weeks before I actually got to USE it! I love this machine! My husband sold his free weights and gym to make room for this! And boy is he glad he did! More room and he loves the workout too!! The versatility of the exercises make it so he & I can each do our "own" thing :) In fact, I reccommended this machine to my friend. She bought it and she loves it as much as I do :)
