Better than I ever imagined!!

Due to an automobile accident over 25 yrs ago I have neck and back problems, and have found that rigorous exercise (especially core strengthing) helps to minimize the pain. The Total Gym has been such a blessing and exactly what I need!I don't get bored with it because there are so many different exercises and attachments as well as DVD's to choose from. It is fun and addictive and I can hardly wait to use it again and again. I can see where it may be alittle much for some people to move (stow and use) but it is no problem at all for me.and i stow it every night!I'm only 5'3 so I'm not tall in stature).I do have to keep my hair pulled up because it will get caught in the pulley under the glide board (but after about 3 times, I'm very aware of where my ponytail is at :)) and I promise that does not deter me from so looking forward to using my Total Gym. This is the best investment I've ever made in my health!!

I love my total gym

I work out at least 5 days a week and this gym has made a big difference toward my overall health. There are so many different exercises that you can do with this gym and you feel the change to your body. I have not had it long but am already starting to notice the loss of weight as well inches. The only fault I can find with this machine is having to change certain pieces for different exercises but it isn't hard to change. If this 63 year old Grandma can do it I'm sure anyone can. I love my gym and I thank you for making something I can actually stick with.

I USE THE TOTAL GYM FOR 10-15 MINUTES EACH DAY. I NOTICED A REAL DIFFERENCE IN MUSCLE TONE WITHIN A WEEK. AFTER EXERCISE, I HAVE TONS OF ENERGY. I FIND MYSELF LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT SESSION.

Easy to use, able to concentrate on my work out, can work out on the patio or in the house depending on the weather, try that at a gym

the thing that i like most is its a low impact workout that really works. the thing i dont like is that i dont workout enough. i'm 53 years old and want to look as good as chuck.
