I am 62 years old. I bought the protoype total gym over 30 years ago in Carlsbad CA.It was a great product then but the redesign is fantastic. Foldable, storable and you really improved the handles. God willing, this will keep me healthy for another 30 years.
Pros: Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy

I use this daily and it has become part of my life, or a better description, a habit. It is made very well and with the Total Gym, someone did their homework. My favorite perk is how you cannot cheat with this, you pull yourself up or you do not. Great product and everyone I have shown it to love it.
Pros: EASY on the body, Comfortable, Quiet, Strengthens, Sturdy
Cons: Ab Crunch Designed Poor

I use the Total Gym daily. From the training cards, I was able to set up my own workout routines. Which, I really like doing. I do use some of the predetermine workouts.
Pros: Easy To Use, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage
Cons: Bulky
