I have wanted the Total Gym for a while, but just never got around to it. This year I got the best birthday present I ever got. This gym is so easy to use and you can go from working different muscles without making a lot of changes and most of the time no change at all.

wonderful product of the many products I have purchased in my life time this is one I am still using this is my second total gym after downsizing my home I made the mistake of putting my machine on a back poarch eventho it was covered poarch the gym looks bad now I can still use but it got rusty I should have found solution for that befor hand thanks so much for everything MONA

well before you could call me a couch potato. now i feel so much better. why didn't i get the total gym before???!! i have lost 18 lbs and two pant sizes. i have just about completely lost the jiggle in my arms, and i can now do 20 situps/ab crunches. my friends and family must be sick of hearing me praise the total gym. it is so convenient to use. i get up in the morning and throw in one of the total gym dvds i like the 6-8 min workouts when i am running late. otherwise i am partial to the Todd Durkin workouts he really gets you sweating. tnx total gym

Compared to going to the gym, I prefer the Total Gym any day of the week. The workouts are intense, as they are effective. Highly recommend.
