The total gym is great for the whole family to use and have fun using it. It work for all types people. For people who rarely workout to those who workout all the time.

Over the years, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find the right workout program to stave off the "40-spread" and prevent muscle loss all while not killing my knees. I use the Total Gym along with an elliptical. But it's the Total Gym that turned my 40's into my "new 30's". I'm regaining strength that I thought was gone for good and it's helped boost my metabolism. Word of caution to those with long hair...pin it completely up...even a ponytail will get caught. And tuck in your earbud cords!

Love working out!!

Total Gym is the complete package.Works every part of your body. I use the DVD's to stay motivated and make sure I am working out correctly. Trainers are great. Just like having a personal training session every time I work out. I have never liked a workout before, but I really look forward to this equipment. Switches easily to different attachments. Very excited and so glad I bought it. Highly recommend.

I use Total Gym mostly for easy knee bends, bicep curls, and tricep pushes. I like all the videos that came with the product. I wish it would allow me to do sit-ups without buying extra attachments. The attachments take up space in my den to store.
