Killer workout

After having a heart cath, I needed to get more excercise for cardio conditioning as well as to loose weight. The Total Gym has really fit the bill for my needs as well as strength training. It has allowed me to avoid (with my doctor's permission) cardiac rehab (both expensive and time consuming). I really like the benefits the Total Gym provide. A really great machine.

The best equipment I own for exercise so far!!! It is so easy to use and fun.The dvds are extremely helpful to reaching your goal.

Like XLS workout videos need some help

I use the XLS four times a week. Easy set up, I wish the videos were broken into two body parts instead of full body workout. That is just how I feel about it, everyone is different. I went to the gym the other day and did a workout just two body parts and could feel the work. Tried just doing two body parts on the XLS didn't feel the same results. Is great for toning of the muscles. Or, maybe I am just using it wrong.

Fun, Efficient & Exteremely Practical

I use to go to the gym and spend as much time as I wanted but with a 2yr old and a heavy commute those days are long gone. Total Gym became the solution & fit right in with my lifestyle. It's great to re-build muscle that was once there, burn fat, and strengthen ligaments safely. I don't have much floor space so being able to store inside a regular 2x3 closet whenever needed makes the Total Gym a keeper for years to come. Its never in the way and it works! The training video resources & attachments add great value to this equipment, I absolutely love it. Put in the time and you will get results, just like a regular gym...but better cause you're at home and on your own terms.
