Solid constuction! Comfortable to work out on! Watch where you put your hands when folding it as they will get pinched big time if you are not careful-instructions warn you-pay attention to them! I would give it a five-but really nothing is perfect in this life. This is a very nice home work out piece of equipment.

Total Gym is amazing. I'm in my 40's and have discovered a need to change the way I work out. This is a perfect supplement to my excercise routine. The days of weight lifting in the gym for me are over. Wish I had made the transition to this machine in my routine years ago., I'm there now and see this machine as a part of my every day excercise routines for the rest of my days ! :)

The perfect quick burn

This equipment is ready right out of the box. I can actually watch TV while I get the burn for the muscle group I choose. The effectiveness of a 15-30 minute workout is phenominal. The only weakness I could find on this product, would be the wear on the pullys, and rollers. The unit folds up to a user-friendly size, however is a bit heavy for the average person to move. A small set of castor wheels added to ether end would really help.

-Small space allowes usage without putting away in my guest bedroom -I like the Total Gym better than any of the many other exersise equipment I've owned -So easy to walk by and do fifteen reps then I'm off to do something else if time is short -Ease of use & simple changes make for no excuses not to exercise each day -I have many old injurys, rehab is easy & safe -Seeing results immediately, makes you want to continue -You're never too old, I'm on Social Security & getting results, wish I had gotten one sooner

Ease of use is the greatest. I work on cardio and strength training. I have had a full gym workout system, but it's going to the recycle. The total gym is all I need. I am completely sold on this system. You could not buy it back for triple the price. Well.. maybe. Then I could buy two more. Great Job, Total Gym.
