Essential to a Full Body Workout

I use the Total Gym for my upper and lower body work out routines. It is also excellent for core (abdominal) exercises. I can jump straight out of my bed, conduct stretching exercises and then follow the chart or work out cards that come with the machine as a guide. The machine movements are smooth, comfortable and effective. I am absolutely excited about the machine, and pleased with the results I've seen since I bought the Total Gym.I have been telling all my friends about the effectiveness of the Total Gym. I therefore have no difficulty recommending its use!

No More Excuses!!!

I had been watching the infomercial for years and kept saying that one day I was going to buy a Total Gym. Well, the day I stepped on the scale and it showed that I had passed 220lbs was the day that I made the commitment. I ordered it on a Thursday and I had it by the following Thursday. I have used my Total Gym almost every day since I received it. I literally have no more excuses why I can't work out...my own personal gym is right in the other room. I like that I can take it from room to room if I need to. I sometimes bring it out to the living room and watch TV while using it. I love the videos that came with it. You can start at whatever level you need to and work your way up. The first time I used my gym, I thought that there was no way I was going to make it through the beginner workout. But here I am 2 months later and I'm breezing through it! I can honestly say that this is the best investment I have ever made!
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet, Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy Storage
Cons: Bulky, Hard To Set Up

I used the total gym maybe three times, just completing one set of a few of the exercises, and I actually felt a difference! I was encouraged and so far, I've been completing a ten to fifteen minute workout every day for about two weeks! It really does work!

As a 50+ woman,I enjoy the fact that I can handle this all-in-one piece of equipment on my own. I have the freedom to excercise when, where and how I choose. It's like having my own personal trainor at my "beckon call".

I workout in the morning before work and it keeps me going the whole day. I work 9/12 hr days I love the workout videos and the vasious things I can do, you never get bored. The only thing not so great is it makes we sweat!! (but that's really a good thing)

The total gym is a great product. It doesn't matter if your fitness fanatic or a novice. The total gym provides a whole body workout. and the dvds are extremely helpful to reaching your goal.
