I'm finally feeling toned.

I am a post menopausal 51 year old woman determined not to wither up and shrink away as I age. I want to be strong, vibrant and healthy. Building muscle, toning, and keeping my bone mass healthy and strong is vital to me. Total Gym is the piece of equipment that will help me defy gravity and the stereotypes of aging.
Pros: Challenging But Doable, Strength Training, Toning, Easy To Use
Cons: Accessories Inconvenient

Better than I expected

I watched the infomercial and was skeptical. I had bought other weight loss/work out equipment off of infomercials and been unsatisfied. It is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to store, and it works. After a few uses I began to see a difference, and now that I am acquainted with the machine I see results faster. This is the first piece of workout equipment that I am happy I took the risk on.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Easy Storage, Comfortable
Cons: Bulky

Because it stores easily I am able to use it daily in a small apartment and not be cluttered and crowed. It slides into my closet when I'm not using it.

I have enjoyed the Total Gym XLS, and all of it's features from the add on pieces to the exercise routines. There are just so many ways to use this machine that you don't get bored. Every time I try a new exercise I notice it immediately in the target muscle. Very Happy!

I really like my Total Gym.After several years without having a regular excercise routine, I saw the infomercial for Total Gym and decided to give it a try. Since I don't like going to a gym it is something I can use in the convenience of my home. After ordering, it only took a few days to arrive. It is easy to set up and store,and I can work all muscle groups with a wide variety of excercises. It is sturdy and so far seems to be good quality. I have had it for only two months and already look and feel better.I would recommend this to anyone.

The product was brought for me a my wife to work out on and maybe as a weight lost program, so far it's been a great workout agent, I can only work out once a week at this point, but looking forward to more times a week.

I use this product to stretch trim and muscle train for strength. As I begin my workout program some times it takes time to get started with the Total Gym XLS getting started is very easy and fun. I am 53 years old and plumbing is my career. I am also not a stainger to working out in gyms and I also own a Treadmill, Health Rider, and Cross Bow. I am concerned about being able to work effectively without pain in the joints. Using the Total Gym XLS take that concern away. I recomend this product to everyone that is active and for those that are not active.
