I love that how this is a total body work out! All of the attachments are so easy to switch around! I also love that you can do pilates on this machine! It is the best investment I have ever made!

2nd Total Gym, Still Great

This is the 2nd Total Gym my family has owned. We had one of the original models that lasted us a long time, and I expect the same from this Model. I have always enjoyed using it. I prefer using my Total Gym as opposed to going to the gym since I have terrible joints. It just leaves me feeling better than lifting free weights, and I feel more flexible as well. Great product!

One can never get bored with the Total Gym. There are constant ways to challenge yourself, and so much variation that you can modify things to your own personal preferences. The deck cards are very convenient (although the print could be a bit larger) and are labeled in such a way that you always know which muscle group(s) you are focusing on. Gave up most of my free weights after I fell in love with the Total Gym.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy to learn, Quiet, Challenging, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy
Cons: Foot Braces Huge, Clanging Pulleys

I like that it sets up easily. I like that I control which exercises I want to do, and to some extent, how I want to do them.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Quiet, Just My Size, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Easy Storage, Sturdy
Cons: Ankle Straps Are Too Big

I love that I can work out any time I want. The Total Gym is waiting for me! And I don't have to drive. The work out DVD's are great. As Todd would say I love it, love it, love it!! The machine itself is well made and provides the ability to do many types of exercises targeting all muscle groups.
