Love that you can get such a great workout with just one piece of equipment. My husband has back problems and his physical therapists actually uses the total gym on him at his sessions.

I use this every other day as I have back issues and have to take my time but it does help tremendesly I am glad I have invested the moneybinto it .This is also a favorite of my 11 yr old son its helping him with strengthening as he has issues with this due to a disability .Great product worth every penny

Beyond My Expectations!

A part was missing when I opened and set it up. Just a small part that fits on the bottom of the bar. How can I get it sent to me? Otherwise, I am very happy with Total Gym. I am not an athlete or body builder, but it's great for someone my age who just wants to get in better shape and have fun at the same time. I'm losing inches around the middle and feeling more energetic. Love it so far!

The reason for purchasing this product was for rehabilitation/strength training after a double compound fracture of my left wrist(open)/arm(closed). I am a 54yo female in the Canadian military and we have to keep up a certain standard of fitness. Well when I broke my arm I was unable to do much of anything! That is when my mom started talking about the total gym and I said hallelujah because I had been looking at the Total Gym for YEARS! So I immediately got online, looked at the cost and said yes lets do it! I have not regretted the decision for one minute! I feel that with continuing my workouts on the total gym I have a fighting chance to pass the Fit Test which is coming up in July of this year. I use it very carefully, because I have a problem with my left shoulder. I'm hoping that, if I'm carefull, it will work itself out and I'll be able to do much more! But, I love it and that's for sure!!!
