Confusion to buy a waste of time

The versatility of the total gym is so enjoyable you really cannot get bored, there are so many different exercises. It makes you want to keep learning new ones.

I am a 68 year old male. In 10-15 minutes a day I can do a complete a total body workout covering arms, chest, abs and legs. I have regained strength and balance that were a problem in the last few years. Great equipment with the convenience of a workout at home...!!

For an all around gym for the house I would say its got to be the best out. In the short time I have had it I have seen a huge improvement. Better results then what I see at the gym to be honest. I like that you can to almost a full bodty excercise in 1 hour.

Try to use 4-5 days a week. Easy to use because my 9 year old kid can do it. Wish it had 2 more height levels.

Fat to Fit in 2 Months

I hadn't worked out in many years, and I decided it was time to get back into shape. The Total Gym let me do all of the exercises I needed to do without all of the bulky equipment. It was easy to move from arms to abs to legs to shoulders. I've lost 30 pounds, and I look and feel great. Thanks Total Gym.

We use the Total Gym almost every day. My Son-in-Law is an MD in Rehab and he said the flexibility to customize the workout to individual needs is great. I am glad we have a lifetime guarantee because some of the parts will need to be replaced with our continued use. For the most part it has been a good purchase.
