Not An Ordinary Exercise Machine

I actually bought this for my wife, she had been asking for "The Total Gym". I am not totally out of shape but had a little Muffin Top. I started with the beginner disk then dove right in Todd Durkin's advanced workout, within two weeks the muffin top was gone. After each workout I feel exhilarated! This is a great machine. And I have recommended it to a friend.

A great ,fun ,easy to use piece of equipment, I actually look forward to my workout. DVD's are motivational.Easy to change to the next body workout and change your level of workout. Versitile.Love my Total Gym!! would highly recommend.

I have been using the Total Gym to tighten my abs and shed some unwanted weight after having a child and I can already see an improvement just even after one month of using this product.

The total gym is the first workout I've done that I don't hate!! Its easy on my joints, fun to use and effective. It's also great that I can go at my own pace working several areas with 1 excercise.

Ever since I got the total gym I have lost a good amount of weight and have strengthened my knee and back since I have injured both and did it all with the total gym and without surgery.
