Muscle over Flab

It was wonderful to start seeing muscle where it used to be flab. Especially in my upper arms.

My Fiance and I use the Total Gym almost everyday and could not be happier! Already have results including weight loss, more strength, more tone and definition, more energy! So easy to use and the transition between exercises is super easy you get an amazingly quick and efficient workout in a shorter time! One word....PHENOMENAL! Thanks Total Gym!

The Total Gym is easy to learn to use. Provides a wide variety of exercises. DVD's and exercise cards are helpful. Friends tried ours and then ordered one for themselves! Only con, cables can be noisy.

Good deal..better than 1980's Soloflex

I use this gym almost every day. I try to do a full routine of exercises but often just do stomach and leg exercises and one for the arms or shoulders/back. I like to work out with it on a daily basis to stay in shape; for cardio health and a general feeling of well being. I have lost weight and see my stomach firming up as well as my arms and legs and shoulders. My back muscles respond very well to the exercises and I like what it does for my posture and core. It is not as easy to set up and collapse as shown on TV but not bad either. I can do a 15 rep full body exercise routine in a short time but like to do a repeat 15 rep on each exercise. I leave it set up usually as when I see it I use it. Sure beats driving to a gym or joining one and never going. Better than my 1980's Soloflex on many levels; I don't have to keep changing the set up. That's one of the best features of the Total Gym.
